The game will be updated here two-three weeks after a new build is live on Patreon. By buying the game on itch.io, it's a single payment and you will get access to the full game once it's finished and all the futures updates (just delayed a bit over patreon to make it fair for the patron supporters).
7.5 is definitely quite the update. I played it both with the bowl cut and a slightly more older look which had small differences from the scenes. But notably, during the story telling segment with Lady Hale and the two nobles, your portrait is cut off in a weird spot. Probably fixed and addressed in the latest version. Not sure when I'll get around to buying it but hopefully, I can save up enough to buy 8.1 since I've been looking forward to how this game developed since I saw 4.5. Anyways, from 6 it has quite a bit going for it. Some solid dialogue, side-quests, as well as some additional scenes which hurt when I thought I could finish day 4. But with what there is I am quite satisfied and intrigued by the new options and variations of dialogue. From certain choices no longer being present when you have poor relation to Hale and Charlotte to ignoring Holly entirely to get catcalled by a pair of women in the streets. Those sorts of changes caught me off guard and curious to try different things which is a good thing to see. The new scenes were also quite intense and solid for what they brought. The thought and variety in dialogue remained not only consistent but ever expanding for what it has to bring. Really makes me excited to see what else 8.1 has to offer if the new screenshots are anything to go by. I also got around to playing it fully with sound, the music and sound effects throughout was quite pleasant. Choices definitely felt good when playing with a bit of hindsight as my knowledge went to good use getting more scenes and dialogue I had not seen otherwise. Because if you were to play it just gunning for the day to end, things would still feel natural for what you do get. However I know for a fact that aside from 1 scene, you can get 95% of the scenes in one attempt which I did. Didn't bother with the one involving Jack this time since I had already seen it. Makes me curious as to how 8.1 will handle your choices among other considerations for night 4 and maybe day 5 if that is what 8.1 has in store. I hope to give it a full go when I buy it myself. I am quite glad to see the game continue development though a bit late on the 7.5 public release I can excuse it for finally having a price for the game itself near ready to complete. Until then, I wish you and the crew the best of luck finishing up the game's development.

I remember seeing a video of the full game on the internet, where in the end the protagonist manages to create a drug for the disease thanks to the doctor and then discovers that his sister is actually a monster, maybe you are changing the lore or what i remember is an old copy of the game?

Firstly : Are you referring to the native American girl? Secondly:if yes then is she going to flex her muscles and tease the player? Thirdly: If no then Please add a very muscular girl that can flex and showcase her muscles 💪💪💪
Truth be told she's more "fit & trim" or perhaps more accurately "sinewy & wirey" due to her intensely physically demanding lifestyle coupled with her meager meals which are few and far between as a result of her shitty situation.
Honestly, she reminds me a lot of the mouse-morph huntress, Amily, from CoC.
So far, there doesn't seem to be any truly muscular humans on the island, at most just some people with noticable muscular definition, more toned than bulked.
This makes perfect sense, as historically speaking, bulking didn't become popular or feasible until the modern age.
And given the islands situation as far as we can tell, I highly doubt it's feasible for ANYONE to bulk up there.
You might have to settle for less than a miss universe.

the token, which you find outside the bar, has nothing to do with the hat though. the token is for the gambling minigame only. and the hat, which you find in the mill upstairs, is only for molly's scene.

Honestly dude, I'm getting the opposite vibe more than anything.
It feels like you can say "No" to everyone else and just avoid any adult situations, and end up keeping your virginity, this seems to be what "your sister" expects/wants/asks/demands of you. (I'm not gonna say my suspicions, we ALL know what this game is drawing inspiration from, we ALL know things are gonna get "weird" to put it overly mildly, to say the least.)
In opposition to that, it seems like we can also just go full harem, except it's not a harem, it's just everyone using everyone else for their own purposes, even it's it's really only for pleasure. Honestly, it's a decidedly "different" situation than any other "Harem MC" I've ever seen, to be sure.
Honestly, I can't really see any point/purpose/reason to sticking with JUST one girl, nor have I seen much in the way of that actually being something the game intends as an option. If anything, it seems to go out of it's way to suggest either an "all or none" approach to the ladies. I really haven't seen anything to make me think that you can be committed to JUST one of the ladies (aside from, as I said your "Sister" by virtue of avoiding ALL the other ladies).
That having been said, you CAN turn down everyone else and only accept what a specific girl offers, but as the game is in this build, there's not much incentive to do so. With the only possible exception being the nanny, the MC clearly is NOT in love with ANY of these ladies, and only the nanny and MAYBE the "Princess" have/develop any real feelings for him, and how "real" those feelings are is entirely debatable due to the fact that there is CLEARLY something very "wierd" (that spelling IS intentional, check the source material!) happening to the residents of this "island" that is clearly influencing their emotions, libidos, and thought processes.
Ultimately, this is most definitely clearly NOT a love story.
I really don't think any of us should expect anyone in this game to get any real kind of "Happily Ever After" in the end.
Sorry for all this, but after 10 days, I just had to speak my mind.
Once you get the lockpick, go to the hallway that leads to the kitchen, and go into the storage room next to the servants' quarters. Unlock the wine cellar and steal a bottle of wine. Then, go to Molly, and get your cherry popped, you dirty boy!
